Well I have been MIA lately. Between work, fixing computers and doing photo shoots I have had 0 time for my POTD. This past weekend we were able to sneak away camping for the first time of the year. We live in this great state and ended up getting 4” of snow at the campground on Sat. We did get the deck built on Friday but we got soaked with all the rain we had, but we survived! The boys pretty much lived in their snow pants all weekend long.
I love these shots. The last one is my favorite. You are such a hearty Minnesotan for camping in the snow. I'm so impressed! The composition of these are amazing!
Jason, I've been thinking about you and wondering how camping went. I guess then you have a permanent spot? That's cool! We were hoping to go this weekend. We had to wait until we knew for sure there were no baseball games and now everything is booked. Plus our camper got hail damage. I'm so ready to go though! Oh, I love that last shot!!!
Nice spring day, huh? All those photos are wonderful, but the last one! OMG! The quintessential little boy! That one melts my heart. I love the contrast between his red jacket, the green and white of the tree; it almost makes the jacket peeking through "berry-like." And it's nice composition, great eye contact, and such a sweet little tentative smile.
Yikes that looks cold! I would never last in a cold climate! Beautiful photos! I LOVE the last one! Is he sneaking a taste of that pretty white snow? what a cutie he is!
Ok, there is no way I could make it camping in the snow. It's just hard for me to even fathom snow at all, much less in late april! Great shots. Love that last one!
Wow, you guys are brave to camp in snow!! I would freeze to death! I HATE cold! Looks like your boys had a blast anyway :) I LOVE the last pic...soooo cute!!
Oh what fun! Great shots here! Your boys are just so cute!
And I love this song!
"I-I-I Want you to know..." :)
DH is a huge Geoff Moore fan and we were just watching some old videos yesterday! We had his song played in our wedding - If you could see - but that was 10 years ago! I'm sure it'll be back for our anniversary this year!!
