Savings!

Look at those savings, see what coupons can do! We were long over due on some grocery shopping so Darcy did a TON of coupon clipping and planning. She headed off to Super 1 and ended up saving $91.97 in coupons! Even though we spent a lot it we were still able to save, a lot of the items was buy one get one free but it is all stuff we use.

  4. I love it when I see those sorts of savings on my receipts too! That is one VERY long receipt (or one very short preschooler) ;)

  22. Fantastic savings you did there...I never have used coupons (can we say L.A.Z.Y ?), but now, I think I must really do that. It is sensless to through money down the drain when you (I) could be saving some, right!! And, the pic of your DS is so cute holding the l o n g
    receipt!! You must have really stocked up ol' Mother Hubbard's cubbards!!

    I think for the second shot, I would try to bounce the flash to eliminate those harsh shadows, but otherwise it's priceless.

  28. I am just in AWE of you (bowing down). That is amazing. My mom is also a HUGE coupon clipper. Since we buy mostly veggies, there are NO coupons for those! I sure do wish there was. Great post. Thanks.
