Yashicas

More "stuff" we have some old Yahicas in the studio that we picked up last summer at a garage sale. We bought two identical cameras and a multiple lenses for $10, sooo cool. The cameras are in great working condition. It has been a few years since I have played with film but it would be fun to do it again.

Neat processing on this--fits with the vintage subject. I have an old film Nikon SLR that I sometimes think about, but just hate the thought of going back to film.

Great capture!

There's nothing quite like a good film camera. We should have a film-challenge week!

VERY cool! I have an old Yashica too, but mine doesn't work. The shutter button doesn't click. DD loves playing with it though, so it's good for something, LOL! Eventually when/if I ever have a studio I'd like to decorate with vintage cameras on shelves. :)

That is so awesome: both the picture and the "find".

Film is cool! I took a photography class in high school and it was all with film. I loved developing your own photos and such, even though 1/2 of mine never turned out!

Cool shot of that camera! I think that was an awesome deal and if you do take any film shots I hope you share!
