St. Francis

This is one of the many Catholic churches in the area. St. Francis church is where my special people in my lives including my fathers funeral have been at, it is the church I was confirmed at when I was 18. This church has been a big corner stone in my life. This church has a lot of character, I wish I had been able to capture it better.

The last two are terrific! I really like that conversion and then, the sillouette just adds such a nice touch. Old church buildings are so incredible. This is what I miss about living over seas when my dad was in the military...such amazing cathedrals and churches.

Beautiful details on the church, especially around the door. I really like the action on the 3rd photo, and the one with the sunflare is VERY nice.

It's a nice church. I really like the third one even though you lose the warmth of the stone. OK, maybe I have never been a big fan of sandstone. ;)
